Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Business Management service (the “Service”) operated by FAXTORIAL TECH SRL, J2016001689355, CUI RO36179862, Str. 1 Decembrie 1918, nr 53.

1. The service

The Service lets you manage business information, users, metrics, objectives, documents, calendars and billing. Features may change over time.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping access credentials secure. You must provide accurate information.

3. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the Service, attempt to disrupt it, or use it unlawfully.

4. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans (where offered) are billed through our payment processor. Prices and plan features are shown before purchase.

5. Liability

The Service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, FAXTORIAL TECH SRL is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

6. Consumer dispute resolution (RO/EU)

Consumers may use the ANPC alternative dispute resolution (SAL) at anpc.ro and the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
