Data Processing Agreement (DPA)

This DPA forms part of the agreement between FAXTORIAL TECH SRL (“Processor”) and the customer (“Controller”) for processing personal data under GDPR Article 28.

Subject & duration

Processing of the Controller’s business and user data for the duration of the Service subscription.

Nature & purpose

Hosting, storing and processing data to provide the Service’s features (metrics, documents, calendars, billing, AI classification/insights).

Sub-processors

Cloud infrastructure (EU region), the payment processor, and a self-hosted AI model for document classification. A current list is available on request.

Security

Access controls, encryption in transit, tenant isolation (row-level security), and least-privilege service credentials.

Sub-processing & transfers

Data is processed within the EU/EEA. Any transfer outside relies on appropriate safeguards.

Assistance & deletion

We assist with data-subject requests and, on termination, delete or return Controller data.
