FAXTORIAL TECH SRL (“we”) processes personal data in line with the EU GDPR. This policy explains what we collect and why.

Data we process

Account identity (name, email), business information you enter, usage/activity records, uploaded documents, and billing data handled by our payment processor.

Purposes & legal bases

To provide the Service (contract), to secure and improve it (legitimate interest), and to meet legal obligations.

Processors

We use infrastructure and AI processors under data-processing agreements; document classification runs on a self-hosted model in the EU. See the DPA.

Retention

We keep data for as long as your account is active or as required by law, then delete or anonymise it.
